Next Role provides tools and services to generate and tailor CVs, cover letters, and related career materials.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the service lawfully
• Not misuse or attempt to exploit the system

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

5. Payments and Credits

• Services may be offered via credits or subscriptions
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• Credits may expire or be limited based on plan

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your personal content
• We retain ownership of our platform, algorithms, and tools

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Abuse or overload the system

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Job outcomes or hiring decisions
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
